Karina deserves a raise!

I have owned my print shop here in Medford for 30 years and deal with 1000s of people. Debi is a very valuable employee. I'm guessing that she makes minimum wage, with the bulk of her pay as tips. Even though my orders are always to go with no tips, I have always received exceptional service from her. She knows my name - knows what I want without asking. Once I thought about the no tip issue, I started tipping her heavily. I recommend increasing her pay by whatever means you can. Mike Laughman Mikes Copy and Printing

Our waitress was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. One of our party was visually impaired and she was patient in explaining the different items on the menu. Great service!

Absolutely had a wonderful experience today. The service was exceptional, the waiter was on top of his tasks, and was an over all welcoming environment.

We have always been highly satisfied with Shari's - the only occasional problem we have experience is french fries that aren't warm enough or coffee that isn't hot enough (my husband likes his almost boiling) but those have always been handled quickly by staff and we had no problems on this visit at all. Also, the staff is always friendly and helpful.
