Shari's

Kristy was our server. She appeared to be training a new server but she did it in a professional manner and modeled perfect service and hospitality. Our order was accurate and food was good.

We frequent Shari's often - sometimes once or more per week. We find it to always be very satisfactory - the food is always very good and if there is a problem it is made right. We have experience very few problems - usually only French Fries which weren't hot enough but they are good to resupply those with hot fries which then makes everything very good. We enjoy your breakfasts and my husband is especially fond of your cheese burger and fries. I vary my menu choices more than he does but everything I have ordered has been very delicious

We enjoy this location more as of late due to the better servers there now. Tonight we had one of our favorites;a gentleman by the name of Ron. We always look for him first thing when we walk in the door because of his professionalism, his memory about our preferences from one visit to the next, his quick wit in good taste and his overall ability to always deliver perfect service and also get the order right and conveyed to the kitchen so that it is always perfect. Chefs are not mind-readers so that is a very important quality in the server. Anyway, we had a delightful experience with Ron and the food was excellent (steak and a ranch burger)

Great place

Our group always enjoys the meals at Sharis and the attention we receive as long time participants.

I didn't like ham for the eggs Benedict, so my waitress helped me find something else, Plus, she gave me a separate menu for the slices of pie and explained that on Wed that I coud have the slice free with my order.

Great service

We had stopped going there for a while due to some of the waitresses being loud-mouth and slouchy- sort of like truck stop waitresses. We just started going back there and see that positive changes have occurred. There are a couple of female and one male waitresses/waiters that are just fabulous - friendly, accurate, professional and neat and tidy in their appearance. We love Karina and Jenee and the gentleman - sorry forgot his name - sort of short and sandy haired. They are all so warm and accommodating no matter how busy they seem. We went there for Thanksgiving with friends and Karina was our server. Even in spite of apparently three waitresses who did not show up that day - she was spectacular even during being overwhelmed with many tables. So, positive changes have taken place and we will probably go there when we can afford to do so.

Myles is an amazing host.
