Please continue to offer TURKEY BACON to the customers like me . I personally don't eat pork so this is a nice alternative. I was informed that there is a chance of the turkey bacon being removed. Please do not remove the turkey bacon from your menu. Thank you. (:

My parents and I travel to Medford multiple times every month, and we always eat at Shari's because of the menu variety. My Mom recently had dental surgery, and wanted to eat at Shari's because of the soft food choices. She was able to eat something other than a shake. We ALWAYS have great service, and everyone is always nice. This time we went on Halloween, and everyone was wearing a costume and they really looked like they were enjoying themselves. It really is nice to see staff members smiling and laughing.

The waitress had a warm welcoming smile upon entering the restaurant. She promptly seated me where I requested. There was only about a 10-minute wait from the time I placed my order until I got the food.

when i figured out to ask for real eggs for my scrambled eggs things got 100% better immediately...you may want to consider loosing those fake eggs, i wonder how many customers never come back in because they don't know real eggs shouldn't taste like that.???

It was very heartwarming while I was dining to see how your staff treated someone with such respect and high regards to someone who obviously has a difficult life right now. This customer asked for coffee probably the only thing he could afford but they came and checked on his pot and on him just as much as they did with myself and all other customers. My meal included a piece of pie so I told my kind server Sean to give it to this customer. This world has forgotten the "Golden Rule" but how wonderful that a successful restaurant as Shari's has not. I will be sharing this experience with all of my friends and family and make sure I support Shari's so much more. Thank you to the manager and staff that made a very lonely and sad man down on his luck feel like he mattered too. Congratulations Shari's for doing the right thing.
