Waitress was very knowledgeable of all asked of her. She continually let us know the status of our order. She was very nice during the whole visit.

All servers and managers are always friendly when I come in. Guest Service is tops each and every time I come to this Shari's. I frequent the Medford, Springfield and Beaverton locations, because food is always good and reasonably priced.

The entire staff were exceptional.

We are always highly satisfied when Sean is our waiter. He is one of the best, most friendly and considerate waiters we have ever had at any restaurant. He is a definite asset to your business and you should reward him for being such a good employee. He always shows interest in us as customers, keeps our drinks filled, makes sure our food is hot, etc. We really prefer him to wait on us whenever possible.

Wendy was incredibly helpful and attentive, she made our experience very enjoyable. :)

Our group has enjoyed the pleasure of being served by Debbie for many years. She is always upbeat and remembers our usual breakfasts, greets us by name and has the coffee ready.

Good food, great service, friendly place to eat.
