Every time I visit the Medford location there is an issue. Tonight Jenee was an awesome server. She made sure our drinks were full at all times. She talked to the kiddos like they were people. It was a great visit.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is always good. The atmosphere in congenial.

Even tho it was a very busy Sunday morning...we didn't have a too long wait and service was timely. Food was great - as always.

Great food, great service. The food was what we ordered, the waiter was attentive but did not hover. Overall a nice experience. This Shari's will be one we return to.

Karina was very nice, welcoming and attentive. The food was excellent, served fast as well. Great coupon, food, service. Which as a restaurant manager for 25 Years that's all you can ask for. This was a much better experience then we have gotten the last two or three times.

Terry, the manager, was extremely helpful in accomodating my unusual situation. My wife picked up 3 pies that I had ordered online. The friends she delivered two of them to basically inhaled them upon arrival. I look forward to enjoying my key lime after my birthday dinner this evening. Terry made it all happen by putting the customer first in a difficult situation. Thank you, Terry!
