I was very impressed with the waiter, Sean, who was personable, attentive, and resourceful in solving the problem of not adding a request of bacon to my cheese sandwich. I like Shari's atmosphere and food, and have eaten at Sharis in both Grants Pass and Medford many times with very enjoyable experiences.

- Warm, friendly staff provided competent and efficient service. - Good food; clean utensils & dinnerware in good condition. - I loved seeing the comradery, and hearing the laughter, of the staff as they worked; it's much easier for me to enjoy and digest my meal in a restaurant where the staff is NOT looking oppressed and afraid to enjoy themselves -- a sign of good leadership and a caring manager.
