To me highly satisfied means out of the ordinary... I was satisfied with the service and the food in general. We do a family breakfast every Saturday morning and have no problems with anything.

seated near the slot machine area created some traffic. not our waiter, but another seemed preoccupied with the slot machine area. guacamole seemed old.

The food was slightly overcooked when we got it. Our waiter did not come back to the table for a while after we got our food.

I was satisfied. The location where we were seated turned out to be chilly.

Line cook was staring at my fiance, making jokes. The appetizer came RIGHT before dinner. bad timing. unsatisfied.

I already stated my disapointment with the toast

Although their were other customers in the restaurant, we were in an obvious seating area and were not paid attention to very often. Even when raising our arms we waited quite a bit ad the waitresses (though they were extremely polite) their attention ran elsewhere even when we had more requests we had to wait for them to get back to us again.

To be highly satisfied (to me) means something out of the ordinary or extremely better. I had a good experience and have no complaints with the service or food. My family has breakfast here every Saturday and are always greeted with smiles and friendliness and the food is good....

It was to busy for the staff to keep up with the customers and it was entirely that busy so my drink never got filled and I left thirsty.

Took a bit to be seated, but there was a check problem at the register. Drinks were delivered quickly, but the order took a little longer than usual, with the restaurant not being very busy. Store had great atmosphere and restrooms were clean. Our server recognized us immediately and was very friendly.
