Only time i ever did not receive a salad before the entree in a restaurant ever. Had to ask for it after the meal was over, took way too long for the server to take orders and bring the food, forgot pie came with another order and had to ask for it as well.

Drinks served w meal. We played lottery so we get free drinks so giving them free was poor replacement. Ham was cold and like lunch meat.

My meals were cold. But our waitress was extremely nice. If my husband would have let me say something I would have about the food. Instead we ate cold food.

Visited Shari's #209. No water was provided. Ordered iced tea and he said he would be right back with it. Entrée arrived, still no iced tea and again reminded waiter of the iced tea. Waiter brought back cashed in lottery ticket, again reminded waiter about the iced tea. We went and got ourselves a glass of water. Finally, waiter brought the iced tea.

Our waitress, nacole, was awesome! She did look a little overwhelmed trying to meet the expectations of all her customers as it was pretty busy. On more than one occasion the manager got up to help but returned to a secluded spot playing on his phone. I'm sure he works hard, but I only experienced him in the state I saw him tonight, which wasn't helpful to his team. He didn't wear a name tag, and once closing my ticket he proceeded to talk to my family inappropriately about how he deserves s break for his 12 hour shifts. Unfortunately I've worked in food service; and I know how management spends their leasure time. We came in at 7:15 and closed our ticket at 8:15 on Sunday, feb 12th at the south Medford store

This is my first time back since my last bad experience with the new liquid egg product. I remembered to ask for real eggs this time, which shocked the other diners in my party. I personally feel that with the new alternative food products and the lack of selections on the new lunch menu, the prices should reflect the quality of the food we're receiving. Prices should definately come down on breakfast menu selections.

The seat we sat in was very worn out. Not very inviting.

The chicken fried steak was so hard I could hardly cut it and it was crunchy not nice and moist to be cut plus the gravy was just not flavorful. I ate a few bites of my steak however my husband, after trying to cut his steak took it home for our dogs to eat. The eggs were great, hashbrowns perfect and pancakes excellent.

When I entered the restaurant there was a man at the desk. He totally ignored me and went about other business. My husband entered and a waitress from the other end of the restaurant saw us and came and showed us to a table and waited on us. She was very pleasant. I noticed people came up to pay and he would take his time waiting on them. If he took to long our waitress would drop what she was doing and go take their money - once he very rudely pushed her aside after she go there and started to help them. Not a positive thing to see happen. Fortunately it was not during rush hours so a lot of people did not see this happening.
