Shari's

I always feel like the hashbrowns are undercooked. I didn't bother to ask this time, but in the past, even when I've asked for "crispy" hashbrowns, they still seem half cooked to me. I really like potatoes, and I know they take longer to cook than everything else, so I would be more than happy to wait the longer time to get the better result. I know a lot of people are not willing to wait, so the best default practice is to hurry all the time, but it would be nice if there were some way to communicate to the cooks that this time (with this particular order) it really is better to give it some more time.

Good experience temperature of food and under cooked french fries

The waiter was attentive and took care of us asap as well as being patient.

My boyfriend didn't think the fish/chips was very good. The pie was good and I enjoyed my salad.

I had steak and potatoes and the patatos were cold.

I placed the order by phone and was told it would be about 10-15 minutes. I arrived in about 17 minutes. The staff saw me, yet they did not acknowledge me or offer to help for some time. They took my payment and then informed me that my order wasn't ready. I sat and waited for some time till I received my order. The burger was bland, no seasoning on it. There were no condiments in the bag. So, I had a dry burger-with practically raw french fries. I've always had a good experience at this Sharis. What happened?

We frequent Shari's in our area often and it just wasn't quite up to the usual service/attentiveness and fried were not hot when they arrived. We were in the last booth by the lottery/video poker room . Waitress was good but when we have Sean we are much more highly satisfied with everything. He was apparently off at this visit.
