There is nothing to me that is that much better than any other place of similar price that I have visited.

Our server Kyle was the highlight of our visit. I was not very satisfied with my order and he was quick to act to make sure we were as happy as possible. He went above and beyond for us. If I ever come back it will only be because we were treated so well.

The service was very slow even though there weren't that many people in the restaurant. it took at least 30 minutes for them to take our food and even longer for us to get our food

It was a busy night so the service was slower then usual which was to be expected.

It was okay

We were a group of six. Our waitress was VERY good at what she was doing. The manager who attended to our need had EXCEPTIONAL customer service. We were WELL taken care of at the front end. Our food, however, took exactly one full hour to get out to us. Eggs were over cooked, steaks were under cooked, the cheese of my caprese salad was starting to melt around the edges. The manager saw to our needs and made it quite alright, through our check and offered us free pie!

The gravey on my biscuits was cool when it arrived. Had to send back to get it warmed back up.

Our table was near the entrance and tile floor. Didn't appreciate the floor being mopped right next to our table while we ate. Very unappetizing!! Grubby looking mop and mop bucket. We will only sit in a carpeted area next time. It's bad enough that they vacuum next customers eating, but the stinky mopping was too much! Do you spray some type of enhanser or preservative on your salad greens?? The spinach salad was very tasty, but an hour later I was in intense intestinal distress the rest of the evening. I've eaten this salad before and never had problems. Maybe the greens weren't washed very well, or they've got a preservative or the meat was bad. I don't know, but will not order another salad from Sharis.

Unfortunately, the location drives in some "customers" that are less than pleasant but I still love the 24 hour breakfast and the staff. The staff that I have spoken to have always been very genuine and caring.
