HAIR IN MY FOOD. GRAVY TOO RUNNY. WORST SHARI'S WE HAVE BEEN TO. NOT THE WAITRESS' FAULT. COOK NEEDS TO AWARE OF CLEANLINESS. NO ONE WANTS TO SEE A HAIR IN THEIR FOOD. MAKE FRESH GRAVY!! DON'T WATER IT DOWN TO MAKE IT GO FURTHER. YUK

The quality of the country steak was poor. The biscuits were very poor and the gravy was cold. The gravy portion of the biscuits and gravy was stingy and cold. I would not advertise biscuits and gravy if you can not make improvements. (My wife and I really like good biscuits and gravy!)

The bacon was rubbery. Tough. Not crispy. The hash browns were warmed up potatoes, not crispy but barley colored from being on the stove. We always drink water instead of your horrible coffee. Not only is it to strong but is awful. Even the people who work at Sharis ;think it's awful. U need to switch brands.
