The eggs undercooked and the bacon over cooked.

First, The price of the Chicken Fried Steak was HIGH for the SMALL portion. Second, the toast was burnt and the margarine (or spread that you use) was just blotted on, not evenly spread (hardly any!!) Third, to pay $2.50 for a cup (maybe 6oz.)of coffee is a little extreme!! Sometimes I wish restaurants would do away with tipping!!!!!! Server's need an incentive to earn their 20% tip!!!

My husband ordered Sausage and eggs OVER EASY and when the order came his eggs were hard and the hash browns were few and very crisp, (more like sticks). His comment to me was the only good thing on his plate was the toast. When he had eaten most of the food on his plate, the server came with 2 eggs OVER EASY with out asking in advance or any comments other than something about O/E eggs. Unfortunately, this was to late and eggs wasted as my husband was almost finished at this point. Prices are a little over rated

My 21 yr. old pregnant granddaughter was with me. We were seated right away. The guy was real friendly. He referred to my granddaughter as "pregnant momma". We talked about drinks,and when he came back he sat next to my granddaughter in the booth. He was REAL friendly--I thought she knew him previously. When he left, I asked her if she knew him, she said "no" She is a shy girl, so didn't say anything. Frankly, I was appalled. My food-chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes arrived cold. It was apparent visually. I sent it back right away. The food was good, but the experience was a turn off.

For a 37 dollar meal it was no better than jack in the box

the wait staff were to slow and the water glasses were dirty plus pancakes were almost burnt along with the hashbrowns will not return

My husband ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon and we asked for it to be cooked without the wood and for it to be grilled. It looked like it was microwaved and then placed on the grill for a few seconds. It was flavorless and really dry. His veggies were loaded with butter (yuck) and had been tossed on the grill, but were partially burned. We got the kid's chicken strips & fries for our son and his chicken tenders looked like they were little corn dogs. He didn't even eat them because they weren't what is usually served which he loves. Our waitress did let me know that they had run out of what is usually served, so they served the chicken "strips" that we got. His fries were in little crispy pieces...really over fried. I ordered a side of mozzarella sticks along with my Lunch Trio. They were different too. I love the cheese sticks that are usually served. They're really tasty! But the ones that I got this trip were not good. I only ate 2 out of the 8 served. I did not like them at all. We usually love our meals at Sharis, but too much was different this time around. It was disappointing.

The melon was not ripe..... Some of the grapes on the plate were either mildew or dried up. Waiter was busy so we just shoved them to the side of the plate. We were charged for two coffees and my husband didn't notice when he paid he just looked at the total and paid it. This is the first time we have eaten at this Shari's in a long time and not been happy

Over cooked bacon and sausage still had some casing on it and one end was burnt was never asked for refill on drinks wife got o.j. and was so watered down was orange water never asked about refills on drinks
