I know it was a busy time. But, it took too long to place our order and receive our food. The fritata was way overcooked. Our server never checked back until it was time to drop the check. He told the kitchen to remake it. By the time I finally got his attention and got the check. He told me he had the remade fritata and would bring it over. I told him it was too late and I was late for work. I know you guys are busy, but keep an eye on your guests!

The restaurant was understaffed, not well cared for and messy. The staff was not friendly, they were over worked not customer focused. Not enough staff when your the only open restaurant in area at the time of day. Wasn't greeted or seated right away, once seated, no waiter. Once I ordered took too long for drink, no refill. Salad didn't have enough dressing could not get waiter to get more dressing. Ordered pie took too long still no refill on drink. Pie came and it was broken and sloppy, it looked like it went through a blender. It was too expensive for the slice in that condition. Had to wait for check, once it came had to wait to pay. Server did not thank me. Men's room was dirty. No reason to return could never recommend. I was in Bellingham WA last week was great. This visit was awful!

My husband and I went to the Medford, OR Shari's to pick-up pies I had ordered for dessert for our Easter dinner; we also planned to have pie and coffee at the same time. When our server took our pie and coffee order, we told her we were there to pick-up the pies I had ordered, as well. She indicated there might be a problem, and soon a gentleman (I assume a manager) came to tell us there had been some sort of mix-up and none of the ordered pies were available. He offered somewhat of an apology, but no alternatives. I decided to check with the Shari's in Central Point, OR (something he could have done, both for me and any other customers who had been inconvenienced) and luckily they had the pies I needed. In addition to not attempting to resolve the situation, I feel the manager should have comped us for our pie and coffee due to the inconvenience of having to travel to Central Point to get the pies we had ordered at the Medford store. We have NO COMPLAINT regarding our server - she was pleasant, efficient and empathetic regarding our situation.

When I arrived, I had to wait more than 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Then there was another long wait while they cleaned off a table even though there were several empty tables at the time. I ordered the 3 part lunch which was soup of the day, a slice of quiche, and pie. I waited 25 minutes for the soup and quiche which were barely warm when I got them. The pie came quickly. I inquired if they were short handed and the waitress said no, they only have 3 servers every day.

Waited 1hr and 45 min from sitting down to get food. Our group of 12, half were kids and another group of adults sat (a little sooner) left just before we got our food. Along with most of the tables by time we got our food. 2 tables "smaller groups" seated after us were served by our waitress and left prior to our food coming. I asked when our food would come, given lame excuse. Lucky for Sheris or kids have patience. Half of our food sat under the warmers and dried out. (Have you tried to eat pancakes, eggs and bread died out?) Plates came for adults first instead of the kids. If Sheris can't handle large groups TELL THEM. $100.14 for 2 tickets later plus a $20 dollar tip. Very disappointed. How dare you treat us so badly.

My husband's T-bone steak was very big. But it was all grizzle and fat. Only 2"x2" was actual meat and that wasn't too bad. My chicken fried steak was very small and I could not eat the outside of the entire piece due to too hard to cut or try to chew. Poor quality. We have always liked Shari's but won't be back again. We will pick up pies from time to time only.

Sharis is one of my favorite restaurants, and I'm lucky to have 2 locations in my town, I always experience something negative every time I stop at this location #209 in South Medfor.

By the time we received the food it was warm/cold (I guess it sat on the counter a little too long). My pancake was burned on the bottom-couldn't hardly cut it. Took one bite-burned on bottom and so cold that the butter didn't melt. Coffee was very strong and bitter.

This is the second time that we've been into the Sharis . we weren't going to go back again after our for the last visit for the same issue only this time the service wasn't rude but it took us like I don't know 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered when it got there it was lukewarm the only thing hot on my plate was the bacon. my husband's turkey burger tasted like the bun and it was cold as well the waitress had told the manager that we had waited forever for food and his resolve is to give us pie so I guess cold food is okay because we got pie. That was sarcasm by the way. the restaurant was dirty the floor was not vacuumed there was a waitress at the counter arguing with her boyfriend I believe or something I don't know she went outside and then came back in and was throwing stuff behind the counter and then she stormed out again there is structure there whatsoever I will not be going back there ever again
