Atmosphere was great friendly staff but the only thing was starving excited for my food and my hamburger was not cooked very pink inside and not that great. The gentlemen took my meal off and I was very pleased he just did that with no problem. Ronal at South medford sharis was very sweet and understanding with I wasn't happy with my meal. Thanks again

I went to Shari's too have crepes and, too my knowledge, they are only one of two cafes in this town that sold them. Shari's let me down as they no longer offer them. I had something else that is fruit rolled in pancakes that was heavy, tart, and doughy. Please bring back your sweet crepes!

I brought my sister and niece to Shari's for breakfast. My niece ordered 'over medium' eggs and got hard cook. She had them returned and new ones brought and they were still over cooked. My sister and I ordered bacon with our meal. The bacon was very greasy even though I had mine prepared 'not soft', all I could taste was the grease it was cooked in. My sisters bacon came out the same way. She actually got very sick to her stomach from the grease a hour later. We were not satisfied with the over all food delivered to us. Especially considering the price I paid. Sorry.

Slow service; soups ALWAYS far too salty; free pie now restricted to classic pies and my favorites would cost $1 more

My husband and I went out for a late-night piece of pie. Our baby was due in 2 weeks and we were going on a spontaneous drive around town and wanted to have fun. The service was unbelievably slow to the point that it ruined our quick trip out. It took almost 15 minutes to get a pie order in, and 20 more minutes to actually get our pie. This was at 11:00pm at night in a basically empty restaurant. My husband and I both work in a VERY fast-paced Ashland restaurant so we were particularly bothered by the lack of attention. When the pie arrived the order was wrong and we again had to wait an abnormal amount of time. The server was nice, but disappointing. I hope management addresses these poor service issues.

We were seated and served by Richard who was very professional, friendly and nice. We were seated at a nice table in the solarium, the food was delicious and the service good, as always. However, just one table down and across the aisle from us in full view of everyone in the solarium was a condiment/used dishes rack complete with tubs with dirty dishes and accompanying debris on the floor under and around the rack. This is really not acceptable and certainly not up to Shari's usual high standards.

There was very little pastrami in the sandwich. The Cobb salad was very small and tasted awful. They must be having severe cutbacks!!!

There were a lot of dirty tables. Once we were seated it took awhile before they took our order. The waiter never came back to ask how the food was or if we wanted more drinks. I had to ask for our check and for boxes to take the leftover food home.

Air conditioning blasting at us like a winter blizzard. Vegetables cold again
