My husband and myself ordered breakfast, he was satisfied with his bacon, eggs and hashed browns. I had the Quiche Lorraine, it was edible but none of the ingredients were actually baked in the pie. They were on top, the cheese was hard from being heated separately. The piece was also very small. The waiter did offer to replace my meal, but I did not want to take the time.

Their were very few customers, we waited to long to get seated and too long to get a bill to check out. I think the waitresses were all new.

Server entered order correctly, cook did not prepare food correctly! Ceaser salad was old, lettuce wilted, cheese was not fresh on salad. Meat was very dry onsecond sandwich brought to replace the cooks original screw up. Cook put the pickle that my husband had taken a bite out of back on second plate (really). My orange slices were dry, looked like they were yesterdays. All the food looked like leftovers!

We stood there for at least 5 minutes before we decided to ask someone if it was a seat yourself place. I asked for hot tea and never got it. The Texas toast sandwich bread was stale. We again stood for five minutes to pay as no one even acknowledged that we were there. I was ready to just leave.

My son's corn dogs were so burnt they were black... They gravy on my chicken fried stake was really watered down. And we ordered the pastrami panini with taitor tots and only got 5 of them

Wait staff were to busy having non-food conversations and turned their backs to waiting customers standing at entrance. Food portions was really unsatisfactory. Meat contents of sandwich and side portions of fries were small less than twelve served. My wife and I will not step inside this individual restaurant again. We have eaten numerous times at Sharis but, this one will not see our patronage again.

Unappetizing crust on back of grilled cheese sandwich. Excessive mustard on sandwich. Chicken tortilla soup not hot enough. coffee was cold. Waiter inattentive. Rating...poor to terrible.

The pot roast was literally burnt on top and the crispy burnt piece's from the flat grill were included in my dish. The chicken fried steak was nothing more than an old chicken patty from burger king with horrible cold obviously frozen veggies. Hands down, the WORST MEAL EVER. HOWEVER, the service was superb from beginning to end. The environment was nice and clean.

Have been going to this location for 5 years after events, and this was the first time I was very disappointed. Carly, my server, was extremely kind and told us that service would be slow because it was very busy, which was understandable. Our wings were cold, my steak (ordered medium) was burnt and had no pink at all, and my eggs (ordered sunny-side) had more uncooked whites than cooked. I wasn't going to say anything, and I didn't because they were so busy and I knew it'd take another hour to replace my food. Carly didn't separate our checks, and told me to go to the register to pay and that they'd figure out my check their. This is where my night was ruined. Ashleigh, the cashier, and someone who clearly hates her job, snapped at me for not having a check. I stayed calm and tried to tell her I was very understanding. She tried to charge me only for our drink and shake, and while I could have been dishonest and paid way less than I got, I told her what we ordered. The manager could tell she was struggling and she said "SHE is making this difficult and frustrating" and stormed off. I couldn't believe she said that when I hadn't complained about anything. She was very rude.
