I went specifically to enjoy your sausage with breakfast. Sausage was tepid in temp, eggs tasted funny so I did not consume. Server finally came by to check on me I expressed my dissatisfaction with the eggs, she offered a replacement but too much time had passed so I opted to decline. There was no offer to adjust the bill in recompense. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience. Time for a change of venue. Too bad.

We searched town for a place to get hot chocolate after our movie on New Year's Eve. Not Dutch Bros or Starbucks open. Being that we and our grand are not drinkers we decided to go into Shari's to have hot chocolate and pie. The gal who seated us took our order for 3 hot chocolates and said she would be right back with them. Then Scott came to our table to see if we wanted drinks and we told him that she was getting our hot chocolates. He then said "Well we will see if they show up" which set the tone for the rest of the evening. My husband and I started to fill very tired and decided not to have pie (we have had them before and they are delicious). Our granddaughter (21) ordered the turtle sundae dessert. When Scott took our order he said "That's it for 3 of you" with the tone that let us know we were wasting his time and he wasn't going to get a tip for that kind of order. He also was more concerned about the homeless man and getting him somewhere to stay - This is commendable because we open our home twice a week to feed a few homeless people, let them shower and do their laundry. Our bill came to 11.00 and we gave a 5.00 tip. I found out later my grand left a note.

host had Neck and hand tattoos, did a nickel in Susanville????Transients, confidence men trolling property and parking lot, aggressively asking for money, have Nevada CCW, but no good in south Medford, would have felt more comfortable with S/W .40 on right hip. Used strong verbal skills I learned from Israeli/Argentinean knife instructor at Reno guns and range class last February 2017 to ward off Shari bad guys. Your south Medford location needs to be closed, John Tapper of bar rescue TV show would have gone nuts about how horrible this operation is. HOW can you hire a host who looks like Aryan nations street captain, or biker gang enforcer????You people are hilarious, I told my dad, "if your ever stupid enough to go there again, bums will roll you, take your Cadillac SUV use it to shoot up meth and crash in, and live in.

The wait time was a lot longer than what I was told over the phone for a pick-up order. I ordered food for pick up and received four containers plus condiments. But not all my food was there. I was missing my pancakes from the country fried steak breakfast platter. I was already home when I realized this. My food was getting cold so I could not have gone back for it. I'm not satisfied because I paid for something I did not get.

First of all, I didn't receive my soup. Secondly, when my food arrived it was cold and had to be reheated. Thirdly, my drink arrived in a glass that still had lipstick around half of the glass. When I asked another waitress to bring me a fresh drink she didn't apologize for the lipstick and barely acknowledge my request verbally. She had my waiter bring it and he didn't apologize for the cold food (just asked if he could reheat it) or for the lipstick on the glass. Asked for extra napkins and never got them. The last three times I have been to this Sharis location I have had a problem with the staff and the food. I will never go back to this restaurant.

We came in for lunch at 11:10 am - we were seated where we could see the food was up on counter when ready - my husbands burger and fries sat for 10 minutes before my cuban sandwich was ready - the restaurant was not busy! there was no reason for the two items to not be ready at the same time. I also noticed our waitress took food to another table and had to return and remove some items from the order that were incorrect. When she brought our order over my husband asked if his had been sitting - she said yes - he refused it because it was cold. I did keep mine. Our waitress did remove his burger from the bill.

This was my second and last visit to Sharis. The first time was slow service but the food was ok (nothing great, but ok). This time was horrible. Over 10 minutes from the time we were seated to first seeing our waitress. Hostess couldn't answer any questions about menu, specials. Bathrooms were dirty. And the food was horrible. I had a hamburger that was dry throughout and almost inedible around the edges. And the presentation was as unappetizing - it looked nothing like the menu photo... more like they slapped it all together, squashed it flat, and threw it on a plate with some fries. (ironically, the fries were the only thing I ate that was good other than a sip of my son's chocolate shake). I've heard from other friends about recent problems with service there as well. We are done.

part of our breakfast order sat on the counter for a while, and when we received it it was lukewarm. My husband's eggs, which he asked for over medium were over easy with the egg whites runny. Waiter never came back to see if we wanted more coffee, nor did he ask if we wanted more water, we finally asked for more water which he did bring. The overall service, etc. was very poor. Very unlikely to eat here again nor recommend to others.

It took 45 minutes to receive our food. The restaurant wasn't even half full. The lemonade was basically just water and the pancakes were barely edible. There was literally nothing redeemable about our entire visit. I haven't been to a Sharis for over a year and now I don't plan on going back for at least another year.
