My order was taken by a man in a plaid shirt which i assume was some type of manager of some sort. It took a lengthy amount of time for anyone to prompt my order despite the little amount of other customers in the restaurant. I ordered the texas toast double decker thingy however i asked for no veggies. Substitute pepperjack for cheddar and ranch for mayo. The waiter made an expression and told me that i couldn't get upset if the kitchen didn't get my order right. (Wtf i understand if u have little faith in your cooks but don't convey that to me) anyways when my sandwich came out i had a tiny portion of sweet potatoe fries on my plate. My sandwich was cold. Im not sure how its supposed to be served but the turkey was cold. My pepperjack cheese was cold. The toast itself was of decent temperature. Theres was no ranch on the sandwich whatsoever. Next i reminded our waitress Karina that the waitor had taken drink orders from my table that werent received so she kindly did so. She was very hospitable and i wanna make note that she deserves no blame for my cr*ppy experience :) Central point sharis is better

The waitress didnt greet us for about 15 minutes then took forveer to take our order. We got the 2 for 25 and wasnt even offered tge pie we were supposed to get had to ask multiple tines for missing food items and waitress blamed everyone else we were not satisfied at all with this visit and will not be returning the service last night reminded us why we never come to sharis

Server was too busy, was grumpy, never returned after taking my order. Lack of additional servers (at 9:30 am only saw one server for approx. 20-25 customers) may be reason server seemed over worked & not happy. Someone else delivered my food after a wait of 20-30 minutes after ordering. No follow up on anything, had to ask for the check. Booth I had was noisy due to backed up to where dirty dishes were dumped. Coffee was bitter & not very hot, asked for creamer.

Undercooked chicken, Food cold, Mistakes in order. Food sat under lamps so long, wilted and unappealing, waitress replaced lettuce. Portions small for price paid.

food was cold, asked for sunny side up, maybe had 1/2oz of yolk, hash browns were cold, biscuits and gravy cold, country fried steak not even luke warm

The place was a mess. Flies everywhere, floors needed mopped I even seen a hair ball in the main walk way. Www

Servers neglected to acknowledge, serve beverage,take order timely. Abnoxious lottery machines. Ordered cinn-french toast noting NO NUT - Very allergic. After long wait food arrives & covered in nuts. Man apologized, noted someone helped & would replace. Mans food done & we're ready to leave then nut less French toast arrives cold w/too much caramel. Ate 1 & left w/o ticket to cashier. No discount except our flyer $3. Very disappointing as woman 1st outing since surgery. Unclean areas also. Won't be back

Beef Dip meat was old and over salted to cover up flavour. Dill pickle was old, dry and wrinkled. Fries were cold. Dip was sloshed all over plate. Very poor presentation. Server laughed when shown pickle. Restaurant was dirty, bathrooms were worse. Not the same atmosphere from our previous visit a year ago. Will not go to a Sharis again and will be sure to let our friends who travel south know about this experience.

to begin with, on a cold, rainy morning the store manager wanted to seat us (2 senior citizens) next to the front door . . . when we changed tables the order taker ignored us for over 5 minutes before coming by to find out what beverages we wanted . . . during our ordering process I specifically ordered my eggs over easy & my hash browns extra crispy . . . neither of them came the way I ordered . . . the eggs were overdone with crispy, brown edges & the hashbrowns had barely any crispness to them at all . . . when I mentioned the eggs to the order taker he indicated that he'd turned my egg order in as medium so that the whites would be fully cooked for me . . . after his comment I never even addressed my hashbrowns with him . . . I also ordered the larger sized portion option & yet my portions seemed to be identical to my friends that did NOT order the extra portion size . . . basically I was very frustrated by the lack of courtesy & attention to detail, especially when I specifically ordered certain items to be cooked certain ways . . . After we were finally seated and placed our orders, our waitress Karina told us that only my son and I were eligible for the free pie on free pie Wednesday because my husband had ordered the sampler platter. We were at the same location two weeks earlier and he ordered the exact same thing and got a free piece of pie. That night we a had wonderful service. My husband and I are both retail managers and would understand if she had politely told us that that was a mistake. Instead she proceeded to tell me "No he didn't". We do not take kindly to being called liars. We moved on. We sat there waiting for our orders with empty drinks for far too long. When our orders finally arrived, my husband received fries instead of the onion rings that he had ordered. When I brought this up to Karina she looked through all of her tickets, making us feel like liars again, until she found ours and saw that we were correct. Our sons corn dog nuggets were cold, we only got one water refill and the chicken fried steak that I ordered was no bigger than a sausage patty even though I ordered the Trail Boss size. We usually love Shari's, but tonight was a disaster.
