Shari's

Food was cold, had to send back, waitress stated she was tired of the cooks doing this! PrI me Rib was cold and look gross. Took back to kithen to heat up and got an extra glob of cold potatoes.

There was maybe 4-5 tables without food and a couple of those patrons looked like they were ready to walk when we were seated . . .first warning ! We ordered ,and it was 20 minutes to get the smallest country omelet you can imagine ,it looked like they made my wife's and my omelet from two eggs . The potatoes and the omelet so were laying in griddle grease Yuck ! My toast was as though it was left over from breakfast ,cold ,so there was a smear of margarine across it ! We were offered free pie as it was Wednesday ,we ordered it to go ,both boxes were in a bag that were on their side and both pieces of pie were broken up ! This is about our 4th time here ,and it is the worst ever . I believe the manager needs a change ,he isn't running the crew !

Restaurant was not busy but service was slow - no carafe brought to table with coffee, had to get up to ask for it and also a go container and the check. The prices have gone up considerably and the quality of the food, as I stated before terrible. We did not send meals back as we should have and will hope it was a one time thing.

I ordered a sirloin steak medium. It was given to me with the center completely rare. I told the manager and the server that it was way to rare. The manager took it back to the kitchen to cook some more. After a while the server brought my potato back saying" we don't want this to get too cold." When the server brought the steak back it was still blood rare about a half inch thick in the middle. The server said "that's medium pink in the middle" I said it's totally rare in the middle third. They gave my daughter a piece of pie for free. The pie was delicious. We had had lunch near Portland the day before and it was great. I'll never go to Sharis again

The waiter treated us as if we were a pain. Didn't like it when we asked for more syrup or milk for coffee. He's was eating in his work station and just got us our food. Didn't get order correct. One egg instead of two over easy instead of well. His appearance was not that fresh and clean look. He obviously didn't care Server 121292. Rich 2. Not happy. Food ok. Doubt I'll be back

Myles catered to two women seated after us. He sat with them, put his arm over one women (Dez). I took a picture. They knew myles and his brother rob. He socialized with them so much he ignored my husband and I and other customers. Deborah had to bring us our food because it had been under the heater for 10 minutes. She was very apologetic and told Myles to quit sitting down and get to work and he DIDN'T. He ignored her. Had he gotten up from their table and been checking on the food, we could have gotten our food before it got cold. Dez ordered some stuffed hashbrowns and he gave her a survey link to take for an order of free hasbrowns at this visit. They even ordered steak breakfasts to take home to their husbands and he admitted in front of my husband and I that he would order what their husbands wanted but he would put different food orders in the cash register so the meals would be cheaper for them!! That is theft, that is twice he cheated the company out of money to cater to these women. He never asked if we needed refills or asked how our meals were. He was unprofessional. I will never be back. I will compliment Deborah for her attentiveness to serve us.

On two consecutive visits it took 45 mins to receive our food without the waiter checking coffee or with us. Our food order dId not even require cooking. This last visit it took 30 mins from time of ordering to get food. At that point we had to leave, not hungry by then, too upset. Again no waitress checking on us. We had asked the hostess to check on our order but she never came back but passed by our table.

The honored steak was much smaller than the past. And the full size steak order another one in party was the same size as my honored super small one . We had a server that said she was new just one week, but had several things wrong on orders. So the big suprise of the small steaks combined with the new server lead to the worst meal we have had at Sharis ever. We told the new server about steaks and then we told one of the other older servers and still no one did anything. We will give Sharis one more chance , we have been frequent Sharis dinners for 20 plus years.

After being seated, nobody knew we were there for at least 15 minutes. Finally a guy who looked like he was on speed (shifting back and forth from one foot to the other) came and took our order. The food came and it was atrocious. I ordered a turkey club on "Texas Toast". The bread was nothing more than white bread trying to impersonate texas toast. The bacon was nothing but pieces of burnt something, don't know what. Hardly any turkey, it was mostly bread. Never got a refill on my iced tea. Pretty much never again saw a server the whole time. The receipt says "Kaylee" was our server. Not true, don't blame her. There was no female server. I told the manager (I think; the guy doing cashier) that the food was atrocious and he just walked away. Shari's is like the bottom of the barrel of restaurants in Medford.
