The waitress was obviously new. My onions rings we cold and chew on my when she finally brought my food it was all cold the worst experience I've ever had it at Sherry's and it was on my birthday thanks a lot

I noticed the 15 minute guarantee on th e menu and jokingly started a stopwatch on my cell phone for after th e waitress had taken our order and left. It was not until 48 minutes and 44 seconds later that my good arrived. And no discount was offered, and there was no offer to fulfill the promise of '15 minutes or it's on us'. I will not come back.

I spent $52.92 for 3 meals. 2 Prime rib dinners were sent back 3 times once over cooked twice more ice cold. Burned meat in the prime rib stroganoff. Cook should be fired.

I ordered from the special menu that I received a email announcing. I ordered what I thought was a Chicken fried steak breakfast $8.99 It arrived as two slices of very poor quality toast with a sausage patty, very thick gravy that would hold a fork upright,and one small egg. My wife ordered the Spinach Omelet. It arrived and did not look like the picture on the email or menu. The food was almost cold and tasteless.

I love Shari's Berry Crapes which you took off the menu. I hate strawberries so ordered the apple crapes. Apples hard so didn't enjoy. Will not go back to Shari's for crapes again. I was really looking forward to this breakfast for Thanksgiving. Please put the berry crapes back on as I like Shari's crapes better than any other restaurant around. So unhappy. Should have had something else for breakfast but I wanted crapes.
