Our waiter, Elias, was wonderful. He was very attentive and helpful, considerate and thoughtful of our needs. It was a pleasant and quiet atmosphere, which my husband needs. And the food was very good. Very pleased with this experience!

The person who took our orders, gave us our drinks, gave us the pie menu, and delivered our food was "349103 Alyssa". When we first entered the restaurant, she was entering the restaurant as well and opened the door for us. Her customer service while off the clock made us feel very welcome when we realized it was her later on. She was very informative about the menu as well. It seemed a bit busy as she was going around and doing various tasks but she was still able to get back to our table and refill our water. We didn't ask for a refill but it was kind of her to check up on us this time and other times throughout our visit. This was my first experience at Shari's and I will be back soon.

Shari's is a place to go in times of comfort, hunger, and one on one time with my friends or family. The booths are my favorite seats because they're comfy and by a window, little things that enhance my dining experience. The employees are very warm and welcoming and do a good job checking back to see if we need anything else. Ofcourse the food is good as well.

We love coming to Sharis because the staff is just like family! We have even brought our family, grandchildren, and great grandchildren to this Sharis to introduce them to our family members. We know our servers by name and they know us by name. Like I said it's just like seeing family at Sharis!
