The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Everyone was quite efficient also and checked back with us several times during our meal. They kept our coffee and water refilled each time.

Jose is the best server.. we only like going on nights he is there.. aslways takes good care of us.. always remembers what we like to drink..

Greag food

We were there for breakfast on Easter Sunday. Despite it being very busy our server was very attentive and friendly. We didn't have to wait long to get our food and when we received it it was hot and tasted fresh. When we were finished we promptly receiced our receipt and we were soon on our way. A very pleasant experience!

Jose always makes me feel like I'm coming home for dinner. He always get my order right and has a great attitude and a smile. He makes me feel like I'm the only customer in the restaurant, even when the place is packed. When Jose is not working on a day I come in, I want to turn around and leave as the level of customer service and wonderful attitude far exceeds anyone else who works there.

The food and service both were predictably good. The seating was comfortable, with a sense of privacy. The place was quiet enough for easy conversation with the elderly friend I wanted to chat with.

It was great our server Jose was super nice and very curious and knowledgeable about the menu he got our order down to the T and the atmosphere was great just what I needed out after a workout

Clean, quiet, good dessert, nice staff

The food is always good. The service is usually great. I think our waitress was fairly new so someone else was coming over to assist without being too obvious. The air conditioning was not on making the second plate (french toast) cold. Sadly though it was room temperature after eating my eggs and hash-browns.

This Shari's is a very welcoming location and very friendly staff.
