I have known Jehna G for over a year, super kind and friendly. Her biggest asset to my family though is. I have an 13 year old son that is physically and developmentally handicapped. Jehna treats him like a person and asks what he wants, even though its the same thing every time. As well with autism she is very patient and makes eye contact and gets his order accurate. All staff are great however Jehna goes the extra mile

The lettuce in my salad was brown and old. My soup was like warm. There was one server for the entire restaurant and the manager would t come out of her office to help. The server was making shakes, Manning the cash register, seating patrons, taking orders, serving food. She was wonderful and pleasant but way over worked and the manager had a bad attitude when she finally came out to work the cash register. NOT GOOD.

Experience was fine but due to the fact I didn't get food as ordered, I was not happy.

The waitress that waited in us was wonderful. When we went up to pay our bill the person “Cindy “ was very rude. I always use the check in code that is offered on the rewards card. She absolutely REFUSED to use it. I said I don’t like giving out my phone number and they offer that option and she needed to use it She just kept repeating give me your phone number. I have never been treated this way by any Sharis before and I will not go back to the clackamas one again. Thank you for the opportunity to vent. The only reason I have was service was rather slow and the employees sounded annoyed the whole time, everything else was great.

It was too busy so everyone was taking longer then usual. Some of us were forgotten. It was pretty late.

The coffee was too weak

Everything was great, I just expected more flavor in the prime rib beef stroganoff, especially considering the $13.49 price for the entrée.

Service, professional,reasonable waiting time,efficiency we were very satisfied

omelet was dry and not hot
