On my last two visits I waited over an hour after I finished eating for my check to come. It seems to be a system problem since the servers seemed unaware about it, but nobody came back to check on me during that time.

Server was good at first - requested orange juice with our meals - we were over half done with meal before the juice arrived to our table. should have requested to be seated in the other gentleman (server) that appeared to have been on break when we arrived. As this server (gentleman mentioned above) and GM or Manager on duty appeared to be on their break sitting directly in front of the entrance door on a bench smoking discussing work schedules. I Did not feel comfortable bringing this up to whom appeared to be the GM or Manager on Duty of this store - Clackamas #172. We were not impressed with our server an felt we may have gotten better service from the gentleman on his break at the time we entered the building. Also the GM or Manager on Duty should be more aware of your customers 1st impressions as this situation was definitely not what Shari's Corp would want to see. Thank you again for your understanding

For some reason this meal just wasn't up to par as some times. Plenty of food though. Not the fault of this place but the email offer to download a free appetizer to the cafe club card was not there, had to pay for the appetizer. Also its time to change the senior menu, getting old to order the same old thing.

Very good service ..

I mean it was just a normal visit, the customer service was great. I guess my boyfriend and I were still a little hungry after our meal, but we didn't have anymore money anyways. But just because I didn't say "highly satisfied" it doesn't mean anything went wrong. I was "satisfied" with my visit, not "dissatisfied."

It was just a normal visit but the dude was really cool.

My husband I have gone to this sharis and never had a problem, but this time we had a waiter . Looking for the waiter to order or get more of a the drink. My husband wanted more ice tea, We were looking for the waiter.

The restaurant was out of two kinds of soup and a couple of food items as well. Not all in our party got what they wanted.

The quantity of the stuffed hash browns that were traded out were very small for the price paid.
