Shari's

Chicken noodle soup smelled really bad and tasted bland. I had two bites and sent it back. My daughters food was very good and we love the smores pie. Waitress looked new. I do not like the lettuce mix, prefer iceberg for dinner salads

I believe they were understaffed. The manager never interacted with us probably because she was busy helping prepare tables and helping the servers. It wasn't the best experience we have had there.

Not a fan of chain food restaurants and we went here not at my choice or my family's but another's.

only got one glass of water wasn't offer anything else to drink after our glasses were empty or have our water refilled. Server did not check in with us once after food was delivered. Had to wave down our server to get condiments. There was dried food on my napkin that was from an earlier customer. Absolutely APPALLED at server asked us to pick up our feet so she could vacuum underneath our table while we were eating. then we had to wave her down again to get our check because she was to busy doing her phase work instead of taking care of her last tables.

Our waitress was rude and didn’t listen to our order request and was disrespectful!

I was surprised at the price of my meal because I was not told the amount of the increase when I ordered stuffed hashbrowns and the teebone. I was given one cup of coffee and my cup wasn't refilled until I caught the waitress going by to serve another customer. The teebone steak was so tough the old cow show have really been made into hamburger for McDonalds

Things started out well, seated promptly, ordered quickly. Salad delivered promptly then waited what seemed like forever to get my order. Server never returned after that, didn't check to see if I needed anything, if the meal was ok and never refilled my water glass. He finally showed up after waiting several minutes at the register to cash out. Very poor service!!!!

Food arrived barely warm or cold Sent back the pancakes---waitress was not happy hashbrowns were overcooked & cold---omelet was good but barely warm we eat here often but our experience today was definitely not enjoyable. food was very slow in coming to the table We will return....

We stood at the entry for 10 minutes without anyone approaching to seat us or welcome us. After we sat down, the waitress HAD TO MOVE US as she seated us AT some else's table! Then it took 10 minutes to get a waitress to take our order. IT TOOK 45 MINUTES OF WAITING AT A TABLE BEFORE MY HUSBAND GOT UP AND APPROACHED A WAITRESS, ASKING WHERE OUR FOOD WAS??? FIVE MINUTES LATER, food came, but not my husband's meal. So he had to eat his hashbrowns without the rest of his meal. By the time I finished my meal, his arrived. THIS ENTIRE MEAL WAS A HORROR!!! BAD, BAD SERVICE, ORGANIZATION, MANAGEMENT, STAFFING. This USED TO BE one of the better Shari's in our area!!! We won't go back there!!!

My friend and I went in to partake in the email special 2 for $20 we received. The special was to order an appetizer (2 options), 2 entrees (4 options) and we woild pay $20. Our server had no idea what it was so we went ahead and just ordered our entrees. She said the discount would show on our Shari's card when we paid. Well, when we went to pay the special didn't show up. She got a manager and she tried to make it work. She realized we didn't get the appetizer so she put that on our bill and it still wouldn't work. She tried calling her boss a couple of times, but couldn't get ahold of her. She offered one slice of pie to take home so we got it. Here is why I'm upset. Shouldn't at least one staff member, especially the manager know the specials?? Also, had I known we weren't going to receieve the "special" price I would have ordered something totally different. One more thing, the manager tried telling us that the special is we pay $20 and also pay for the appetizer. If that was true we would have only gotten $2 off our bill. What kind of special is that?? I won't be returning to that Shari's location, but I might take another chance at a different location.
