My food came out burnt, yet cold. I received someone else's bill and payed $10 extra dollars... service was awful. Meg acted as she didn't want to be there or talking to me. wouldn't come back nor would I recommend.

1. Eggs were over cooked: asked for OE and came out almost OH. I sat there for 8 minutes beforeserver came back to check. 2. When server came back she smelled like cigarette smoke bad. The smell was strong. When she reached over to pick up my plate the smell got to me. I respect people’s choice to smoke, but not washing your hands, especially handing food, after you smoke is disgusting. 3. When she brought back my breakfast everything was reheat with new eggs. This was good until I took a bite of SD toast. The toast was rubbery and chewy. The toast was placed in microwave. I like dipping my toast into my OE eggs. When I have to fight with toast just to bite it off, I’m done. Didn’t enjoy dining here at all. Still hungry. Only positive, she took my meal off my bill. I gave her why and she didn’t hesitate.

Horrible customer service took over 30 minutes to get table, took another 30 minutes to order food, food arrived cold and bitter tasting..awful service and awful food. The waitress was running around acting crazy and never once even came to our table. I had to go to counter to ask if we could order food. This was the worse eating experience we have ever encountered. Thanks for making our Thanksgiving dinner the worse ever!!

The entire experience was awesome due to our waiter Jose B, he works from 3 on at Clackamas store. He is professional, knows the entire menu, very attentive. It is so nice to have a waiter that you know enjoys his work, takes extreme pride in doing it very professional but friendly. In contrast the next Monday the 27 we went in before Jose started. The girl, unk name, that works the day shift needs additional training. She never asked us if we wanted water or drinks, she was bored it seemed to me. She never brought condiments for my daughters burger until reminded, never asked or unlike Jose, brought me a new lemonade or a refill. When I asked for a doggie bag unlike Jose who filled it for me, she plopped it down for me to fill. I have a weak hand and managed to spill half of it on the floor. She looked over and that was that. My parents owned a restaurant so I was raised in it. I would have left 2 pennies for the tip, but my daughter wouldn't let me. I will never go in the morning shift and if I have to I will refuse her as my waitress. You have an excellent employee in Jose

We will return but not at night shift or when Lisa is not working. Bad bad bad attitude, drinks were brought out one at a time then the hot chocolate was nasty sent it back it came back way to much chocolate this time. Give me a break please. We have been eating at sharis for many years.

Tira (sp?) was probably the worst service person I have ever encountered. She was rude and kept complaining about other guests and employees in front of us. My friend ordered the prime rib and it came out with none of the right sides, and looking nothing like the picture. The meat didn't even look like beef. Then she was super rude to him and I was very un satisfied with almost the whole experience. Holly was so nice and worked well with us. She deserves a lot better than having a manager like that.

The beginning of the visit was okay and the team member who took and brought our order was very friendly, a moment after she dropped the food off she let us know she was going to be leaving which was fine. What was not fine is she was the last person to even acknowledge us! No one came to see how we were doing and our drinks were empty for the entire course of our meal! We timed it 15 minutes after we finished waiting for a check that never came. We finally went and stood by the register to check out and we had been charged wrong and the lady walked away to go in back before we were even done signing the paper. We will never return to this location!

We were seated where the lottery machines were, the other people that came in to the regular part of the restaurant after us were served first. Took too long to take our order. When our order came our food was cold. They never came back to refill our water or coffee. Never came back to check to check how everything was. Had to get our check. Manager did take a meal off the bill. This is the second time in the last couple weeks that the service was slow.

We watched people that had been seated and ordered their meals after us receive their meals before us. Then when our food did finally arrive my boyfriend's eggs were over cooked, my hashbrowns were under cooked the cheese in them wasn't melted at all and both of our orders of toast were cold with the butter unmelted. I brought this to my waitress's attention. She took the order back to the kitchen where it took them two more attempts of cooking the hashbrowns to get the cheese actually melted and my waitress ended up going in the kitchen to make my toast herself. By the end the potatoes were still pretty under cooked but the cheese was melted and I ended up eating my meal one portion at a time. I understand that this was a busy day, but cooking is what these people do every day they shouldn't be allowed to send food out of the kitchen without verifying it's cooked properly it is what they are being paid to do.

We have been here several times and the food is mediocre. The waitress (Alyssa) seems to forget to place orders with the cooks. This is the second time this has happened. This time the food was so overcooked that the burgers were VERY crispy. We started going to this one because the one in Milwaukie, OR. is a little farther away. The Milwaukie one has better food and service. We will no longer frequent this Shari's on Sunnyside road.
