Hi ,my husband and I went for late dinner on 10/22/16 Our server name was Krystal, when she arrived to our table she had a not friendly face, not even greeting us at all, I did order but she was just standing up with not even interested in talk to us , later she bought our food and left. Never come back to check if we need anything at all , We were the only costumers, at that time . Food was amazing we love it. But service was beyond horrible, At the end of our dinner we wait for our bill well didn't happened so we went to pay at the register,

Ill try this again. I ordered a dinner, I didnt get it. My wife ordered a BMP Fritata and food did not match the menu. You have a problem here since the remodel and its getting worse

The server, Jehna, never smiled. Seemed to be having an "off" night. She took long to take order, Serve the salad, served the cup of soup and spoon without the little platter that it comes on; never came to refill water or to ask how the experience was progressing. Never asked if we wanted any pie, never really communicated. When it came to checking out, never mentioned that I had any discounts to use, or if I wanted to use them. I got the distinct impression that she didn't want to be there. This certainly doesn't impress me to WANT to come back to this location...this location usually does well as far as staff friendliness. A very disappointing visit!

I was over charged, the meal said fresh fruit I got a wedge of old watermelon and grapes that looked like they came from the bottom of someones fridge, very old grapes, its fresh fruit season surly you have access to fresh fruit???

first my wife and I were given coffee that was far from hot our mugs were dirty with coffee stains our pies were cut small and my pie for some reason did not have bottom crust

My husband and I visited on a gray, rainy 55 degree morning. The restaurant was chilly. There was a breeze where we were sitting and we were shivering. We took it upon ourselves to move to the next free booth away from the chill/doorway. After receiving my food, I took one bite, and it was completely cold- I would have asked the waitress to reheat the food, but it was not something I would want to eat (it was pretty bad quiche). My husband was mostly finished with his breakfast when he was able to get the attention of our waitress to let her know my food was unacceptable. It would have been nice if she had noticed my entire meal sitting in front of me with one bite taken and questioned if there was something wrong. I asked if it would take long to just get a fried egg breakfast and she said it would be a while with the number of people waiting to be served. She removed my plate, and there I sat with nothing to eat while he finished his meal. Honestly, it would have been nice to have been offered a free slice of pie, a cinnamon roll, or something that could be brought out immediately. I don't blame our waitress, I think the manager should have been notified. Sad morning.

Came for Lemon Merinque pie to go but soup seemed a good idea. Ordered baked potato soup and it was sorta warm and so salty, not eatable. Advised waiter when brought check. Bowl was full so obviously didnt eat it for reason.He said to tell cashier when paid bill. Told cashier after he didn't ask how the meal was and he shrugged his shoulders and said that will be $15.78. I didn't leave a tip and will not recommend this cafe. Shame cuz your pies and staff are usually great. Havent tried pie yet but hope it doesn't disappoint.

I ordered medium rare prime rib. What I received had a grey tint to the meat with the very slightest pale pink to the center. Not juicy at all. I wonder if it had been cooked earlier, frozen & reheated. Worst Prime Rib I've ever had. Service was good, time to process order good, rest of meal fine. Just the flavor, quality & appearance of Prime Rib was bad.

We were in a group of four and one point we got a little loud and two waitresses came and shhhhed is one right after another they were not polite at all they had ignored us the whole time didn't refill my water once never asked anyone they were not polite in any way . There are a million polite ways to deal with the situation but shhhing people is not polite in the slightest. When we went to pay the waitress sat there and ignored us and we waited for five min for the other lady who had shhhhed us to come over. I don't think I will ever come back to this Shari's

Didn't have anything to drink with my dinner because no one was around my entire meal for a refill. Part of my order was wrong waitress aplologized but wouldnt have it fixed. By the time food was brought to us it was cold and after eating or cold food with no drink I even had to search for someone to get a check. We waited 20 minutes after we were done eating for check. My visit before this was horrible as well.
