Karin is an amazing host and server. She recognized me when I came in and she brightens my morning. Sharis is a part of my everyday life and Karin only makes that better

Our waiter I think his name was Eli? was excellent. This is the second time in 2 weeks we have been to this Sharis. We had the same waiter both times and he is fast, attentive, friendly without being pushy, and the food was excellent. We love this Sharis. Our waiter was excellent 2 weeks ago when the restaurant was packed on a Sunday noon and today a Monday afternoon when it was quieter. He gave the same excellent service.

My friend and I needed a place to grab a bit and relax after a difficult morning. Our server, Eli, was MARVELOUS. He was so friendly, helpful, and understanding that just our initial interactions with him made our day better. He gave us an extra plate so we could share our order, was very attentive (I NEVER went without water in my glass), and was as nice as could be (as nice as pie, in fact!) when we stayed a few minutes extra so my friend could finish an important phone call. We always enjoy our food at Shari's, but the service this time was so excellent and so exactly what these two tired mothers needed that I was compelled to do this survey, something I almost never do. A shout-out to Eli at the Shari's on Sunnyside in Happy Valley!
