Kim was an excellent waitress, attentive and prompt.

I thoroughly enjoyed the meal....it was almost comfort food. Actually the meal I had was better than my mother used to make, but she doesn't have to know that. You pies are damned good, almost as good as my Grandma's, but she's been at it longer than you guys and come on, who in their right mind ever states a dessert is better than grannies?

We went to Shari's 2/8/17, which was free pie night, and it was very busy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and their service the same! They provided insight on the food we were interested in, which was very helpful. The restaurant was very clean, staff professional and attentive.

The restaurant was clean and cozy. We were greeted right away although they were busy. The waitress very friendly and remembered us from other times there. She took our order and brought coffee right away but we waited a long time for the food to arrive. After it did the shift manager came over and apologized for the wait, that they had a new cook. We were not really upset and refused the extra that she wanted to give us. We love Sharis.

I always want my eggs a little hotter than they are served....just personal preference. And there were six orders delivered at the same time. I am unrealistic....

Renee is a very friendly and personable server. She's fun to talk to, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive to customers. Love her sunny personality and want her for our server every time we go there.

You all have the best salad ever...Northwest Steak Salad. It is wonderful! My husband and I like your "free pie" on Wed. Good female manager at the Chinden, Boise, ID location...she is attentive to detail.
