WE LOVE THIS SHARIS! IT IS ALWAYS OUR 1ST CHOICE OF WHERE TO GO ANYTIME OF THE DAY. THE SERVERS ARE EXCEPTIONAL,ALL OF THEM. THEY ARE LIKE VISITING GOOD FRIENDS WHEN WE GO TO SEE THEM. JON WAS OUR SERVER TODAY AND SHARED ABOUT HIS LATEST VACATION. ALWAYS IN A GOOD MOOD. HE BREWED ME A FRESH POT OF DECAF TODAY AND IT WAS REALLY GOOD. iT MADE ME FEEL CARED ABOUT SINCE I JUST RECENTLY FOR MY HEALTH HAD TO STOP CAFFINATED COFFEE. HE AND THE OTHERS ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL LIKE IT IS GOOD TO SEE US AND GLAD WE CAME TO SEE THEM. NO OTHER RESTAURANT IS AS SINCERE AS SHARIS.SOME OF THE OTHER RESTAURANTS ARE POLITE BUT IT SOUNDS SCRIPTED AND NON PERSONAL.

Our server Big John was friendly and professional as always. Hes very efficient and great with the customers. The food was very good today. Its always good but extra delicious today!

I attend a meeting every Monday at Shari's. We keep going there because the food and prices are good, but also because the Chinden store is so accommodating. They help us by setting up tables for our rather large group before we arrive at 6:30 a.m. They have water and coffee available, and remember to bring tea if our tea drinker comes, and remember the OJ for the member who prefers that beverage. Kayla remembers our usual orders and always gets them right. In fact, I like my toast dry and she always remembers to ask me if I forget to order it that way. We take good care of our servers because they take good care of us. We've been meeting at Shari's for more than 10 years and have no plans to stop.

Food was exceptional and staff were very friendly as always.

Usually I receive a small pot of coffee when I order coffee, however, I only got a cup at this spot. I had to wave over the waitress for more coffee. She was very responsive.

The staff were all very friendly and the pie (blackberry cobbler a la mode) was terrific!

We have been eating at this establishment for almost 20 years and NEVER had a single complaint. The manager and her crew are outstanding! There are only two places in all of Boise that we have found to be perfect---Shari's and a Sizzler's

Rebecca was fantastic and the guy that sat us was great too. This location always seems like they are understaffed. It seems like each person is handling too much which makes the service slow. The people we interacted with we're doing the best they could - just spread too thin.
