We just moved to Boise and have tried Shari's 4 times in the last 2 weeks. LOVE IT!

It is a pleasant atmosphere and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are minor children involved who become wiggly and want their food NOW! I think today there were more patrons than staff on duty so the service was a little slow.....not enough that we won't go back however. Very tasty and pleasant.

I feel like I am at a good friend's house - I love the atmosphere and the servers are terrific! The manager is always present and checking to make sure we have a great experience.

I only come to Shari's because the wait staff at Chinden (Boise ID) store is amazing. The food is always mediocre but the people are great.

Kristi was an excellent server and was very attentive. She kept my water glass full and wasn't pushy. My food arrived in a timely fashion and was pretty good.
