Shari's

Our waiter (I believe his name was Big John - it was Big something...) was not very polite at all - he seemed condescending. At the end of our meal we wanted dessert, but he brought our checks and walked away. We had to go up to the counter to get our pie. I don't have any tangible complaints, but I would rather go somewhere where our server is friendly and attentive.

first server came to take order, and after 15 minutes and no return we grabbed another server who took our order.

Waitress disappered and was seen outside in her coat. No one covered for her.

Soup cold, order not followed

I WAS satisfied with my visit, but HIGHLY satisfied requires, for me, an exceptional experience. I would rarely consider a visit as highly satisfying. Maybe I set the bar too high.

I was satisfied just fine. It was just a hectic day for the restaurant. The teamwork was incredible . Joe was making sure tables were being cleared and helping Big John the waiter and the hostess with setting tables. It was all hands on deck, and we didn't mind waiting a little longer. I hope you consider all three of these people for a free lunch.

Highly satisfied is a tall measure. We frequent this location quite often. Now that we see your measurement objective we may rate highly satisfied in the future. The staff is very friendly and the food is pretty darned good. It's not exceptional but that is the nature of the franchise--you aren't creating gourmet original artistic meals but that is just fine. We enjoy the relaxing environment and friendly service.

I just think that the menu was very limited and would like to see more salads on the menu and sandwiches. I am not a very big eater and prefer small portions.

Your men's bathroom STINKS and has for weeks!!!!!

Compared to the Shari's in Woodburn Oregon this one was dark, dismal and not as friendly nor as clean. The seats in the booth were lumpy and cracking with holes into which you sunk almost to your chin. The waitress was doing a good job and checked us often.
