It was very busy and it looked like it was under staffed...But we loved our service

Hmmm...I believe that I did mark "Highly Satisfied" with my experience. I am unable to scroll back to check my answer, but I'm pretty sure that is what I indicated. If not, I apologize, then my answer should have been "Highly Satisfied!"

Had to ask for the dinner roll and our drinks

Apple pie was cold, kind of thrown on to the plate with no actual presentation. Sandwich was great

Our last two visits to Shari's (at different locations) have the same problem - only one waitress waiting on too many tables - waited a long time to place our order and a long time to get the order filled. I hope this doesn't continue.

I ordered a side of hash browns for 4.49....

usually we enjoy the food however the pork sliders tasted like they were made out of old pork

they are always busy so some times it takes longer to take care of people

Our server seated us and served us but then must have left and never told us she was leaving and who would be our server. Never checked on us after serving our food
