Shari's

There was a group of teenagers there with rather blatant profanity and discussing topics that should not be discussed in public. This is NOT a reflection upon the employees of Shari's or the workers in any way, just the company one may or may not experience.

The store is simply filthy. The floors, tables, walls, light fixtures. I actually thought about taking photos of the dust on the lights. Gross! The bathroom smelled really bad. The flooring around the counter and the work areas are so dirty it was hard to look at it. The serve was a lady named Renee and she was very nice, but the place is so dirty I don't know that I'll go back. Have you guys looked a the tables or where the walls touch the tables. Dust on the window sills and dust everywhere. My recommendation is to close for 24 hours and bring a team in and clean the place.

Waitress was great..Restaurant was cold . food became cold very quickly. Not the fault of the waitress. Waitress was very friendly and efficient. We feel that Sheri's prices are a little high. But over-all it is a nice place to dine.

I was charged more for an item than what I had received. I did let the cashier know about it and they took care of it. If I hadn't looked at my receipt I never would have caught it. Accuracy is just as important as the taste of food and the service.

As I said previously, I don't rate anybody highly satisfied. That means you couldn't go any higher and the only one that would rate an excellent in my book would be Jesus Christ.

As a result of joining Shari's club, we were entitled to a free piece of pie. When it was brought to us, it appeared to be half the size of a normal piece and like someone had taken a bite out of it. I took a couple of pics and would attach them if there was a way to do it here. We did not notify the server as it would seem awkward. But...the point is that you entice us in with a free piece of pie and then give a partial piece of pie. Because it was "free?" The server should have seen that herself (and if not, she is being negligent and uncaring) and put herself in the place of the customer. Would she have thought that was a normal serving? I suspect it would be no. The question it raises in the customer's mind is "is this a normal piece of pie?" If so...then that is pretty pathetic and reflects poorly on Shari's. It also reflects on the training of the servers. Did she really think what she served to us was reasonable? I have worked in and managed restaurants in years gone by and I would have had a very stern word with that server.

The men's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy and it smelled so bad that it was to the point of gagging. I checked the toilet to see if someone had not flushed, but it was clear. I could not find the source of the odor. Very, very bad and it was not the kind of smell as if someone had just used the bathoom. But even then, there should be some sort of freshening system in place. If Shari's does not care to keep their bathrooms in top order, clean, neat and fresh...then what is their kitchen or other areas like? This is the third visits to a Shari's restaurant. Overall, my wife and I like them...but this has us seriously concerned and hope it was just an anomaly.

I love eating at sharis the waiter is always friendly the foods affordable and delicious.

I thought the restaurant could have been a bit cleaner, and the appearance of some of the wait staff was less than desirable. They looked ill kept. The food took way too long to get to us and the restaurant was not busy. My food was tasty but geez for the money it was not worth it at all. My husband got far more food than I did and his was only $1.80 more....it was very disappointing...

Asked for the hash browns to be very crispy and they were not
