I have earned a reward with my Sharis Reward card - however, all you offer are extremely high sugar or high caloric rewards [cinnamon roll, stuffed hashbrowns, etc]. For those of us concerned about glucose and calories, could we be offered a side salad or cash reward to use on a healthy meal? The greeters and wait staff are fine. Thank you.

Our waiter was having to take care of customers by himself. I believe another waitress wasn't able to be there so he was managing everything. This led to delays in placing our order and in receiving our food items. He is a good waiter, just over worked the evening we ate at Shari's.

The men's restroom was not clean and didn't smell very good at all.

We were satisfied with the service. The reason it took so long was because it was Christmas but, it seemed like more employees should have been on shift during such a busy time

So-So; not up to the standard I've become accustomed to at Shari's. I've made allowance for how busy they were, their under staffing for that time of day, and for the fact the waitress was new, but they could have done better -- and usually have in the past.

Got one of the persons order wrong so one person had to eat so the food wouldn't get cold waiting for the right order for the other person. One of the orders had grapes that were obviously not washed because there were spider webs in them and there was also one that had one pretty black gross looking side.
