prices have gone way up and sizes have gone way down. pie pieces are very small for the price also.

There can always be improvements in the service and taste

I ordered the carmel pecan pie to go. I brought it to their attention that it did not look right. They checked, said it was. But it was not. It was the peanut butter chocolate. This has happened before. I will not try to order that pie again.

Soup was cold. Waited forever to get our dessert and food.

Server was just kind of awkward and weird the entire time, I hate doing this but she took forever to come by and just kind of blamed in on the hostess, which totally could have been true but it was just kind of annoying

Good place to eat that's close to home.

Our server was Elisha, we were not greeted by her, were not offered drinks and a few things in our order got messed up. My boyfriend asked for no ice in his Pepsi and she put ice in it anyways. I order the Slow cooked pot roast fairly regularly and always with no gravy, it was supposed to come with bread and I didn't get the bread. I wish I would have come in maybe 20 minutes later because that was when Rebecca showed up for her shift. When I told her about it, she brought me bread and gave me coffee that I wanted from the very beginning but didn't get because I wasn't offered nor given the time to ask for it. Elisha seemed to be more worried about visiting with her friends (who were sitting in the booth behind us) and leaving than she was actually finishing her job and Rebecca had to pick up the slack. I will most likely not be coming in before 10 ever again because I at least know either Rebecca or Kim are usually here and they take amazing care of me. I wasn't very impressed with the lack of work ethic as I work in the food industry as well and she was probably the worst service I've ever had.

Burger was average, fries were OK but only had 10 fries on the plate?! It looked like someone just tossed a handful on the plate and served it! When I ordered a slice of pie, I had asked for "Cookies n Cream" pie but got served "Coconut" instead....When I told the waitress, she said "I ORDERED Coconut"....which was incorrect as I dislike coconut, so I would NOT have ordered it!? She then brought me the correct slice along with the check! (Kinda made me feel like I was being rushed out?!)

We did not have a truly bad experience except it took too long for us to receive our food. We did not even get our ticket, we went to register.

Employees acting like "it's break time and boss not here" they were loud, sitting on the tables (not on chairs) and having a great time. Maybe it was the time of day and it was end of shift? I like shari's and am planning on coming back within the next month. We'll see how it goes .......
