Shari's

I went in for dinner. My bill was $11.12. They charged me $18.12. My server in no way shape or form earned a tip. Let alone a 7 dollar tip. This is absolutely stealing. I think of sharis as a family restaurant, and reasonably priced place for a college student with low income. But then you charge a tip that's almost the same price as my meal and my account is now negative $2.41. You guys honestly caused so much trouble for me, by lying about your tip and over charging me you charged a broke college kid a 30 dollar over draft fee.

My 5 year old ordered the kids pancake meal and ate part of it. I wanted to take a bite of the other end of a it and t my surprise was a long hair underneath the pancake on the plate. I notified our server and he offered to put the rest of it thst didn't touch the hair in a box, which I declinded. The manager didn't seem to care about this or the fact that I got charged wrong, I tried to explain it, but at a certain point I just gave up and paid. Very disappointed, I usually go to the Meridian Shari's and always have a good experience, but this visit grossed me out and it will be a while until I go to a Sharis

Ordered orange juice, got milk. Watched a nearby table get excellent customer service, while I got none at all. Waitress never came back to check on me. Waited 20 minutes after I was done eating and never got a check. Finally went to the cashier. The restaurant had 2 waitresses and 2 customers. With that ratio, one would think the customer service would at least be adequate.

I ordered the prime rib stroganoff. Every piece of meat in the dish was either tough, had gristle or was almost all fat. In my kitchen I would have thrown all of the fat and gristle away. The food was clearly not up to Shari's usual high standards. I have always felt that I could count on consistently good food at Shari's. I was very disappointed. The waitress was very slow to take our orders and bring our check. Then I had to wait a long time for change.

very, very, bad food experience

I ordered the chicken fried steak. It looked and tasted like a microwave dinner. After eating this I decided to order a slice of key lime pie. The piece I received was extremely small to the point I refused it. The service was great and I have never had a bad meal at Sharis but, I am so disappointed in this visit and feel a little ripped off. Waiter was a nice boy and did his best I only had a problem with the food and quality.

My daughter, wife, and I came here to celebrate my daughters birthday. We had eaten here before and the food was good. This time my wife's burger had "everything" even though we requested for it to have cheese only. The biggest problem however, was all 3 of us got very sick that night and this was the only thing the 3 of us had to eat that day before getting sick. All three of us had a bad night with the typical symptoms (nausea, vomiting, cramping, BAD diarrhea).

I had to ask for my coffee twice, there was lip stick on the water glass,. it took a while for her to come to our table to take our order and the place was pretty empty, The French toast tasted like bread dipped in egg. there was no cinnamon in it

Nachos chips were so stale. Pulled pork meat looked so horrible. And was very dry. The French toast was so horrible. I got sick afterwards. The pico de hallo was not red. The tomatoes were green and rotten. It stunk so why would this be served?!

Waitress Michelle at your Sharis on chinden in Boise, ID between 2-4pm on 12/24/2015 was inattentive, took excessively long to take our dessert order, another waitress ended up clearing our table from our lunch because Michelle hadn't come over in more than 15 minutes, after having ordered dessert it took her another 20-30 minutes to bring it to us, again didn't check on us after and didn't bring us our check. I would honestly leave of I came to this establishmant in the future and she was my waitress. I expect better from your staff.
