Tiffany was very nice, friendly and took care of our needs.

This Shari's on Chinden Boulevard in Garden City as one of the best managers you could ever have for your company she's very friendly and caring and she loves the senior citizens as much as here other customers. Her name is Robin .Renee, elicia big john&vince, Adrian and the rest of the staff are wonderful they all work very hard. This restaurant is an asset to your company and your district manager Jim does a wonderful job and he too is very friendly to the customers. The only suggestion that I would make is that I think the restaurant needs a renovation it's old and showing its age I've been told that it just had a facelift not that many years ago but that doesn't make any difference if you want to keep up with the industry you have to keep your restaurants looking beautiful.

Waitress friendly clear answered our questions. She knew the menu very happy to hear BMP omelette is back I love the Panini's breakfast sandwich with fruit. Nice atmosphere from the entire staff

It was good to be back - have been out of town for 6 weeks.

Big Jon was awesome! He was attentive without hovering, he knew my husband was ready for a refill before my husband noticed he did. He was funny and helpful and made sure we didn't run out of drinks and that everything was great. He made our visit amazing.

We ordered the 2 for $25.00 menu option and were very pleased with the choices and the food as well as the knowledgeable friendly server, Elisha.

Personable and efficient waitress provided attentive service, and the food was very good. I ordered a Combination Seafood plate, but it came out as Salmon, which I accepted. However, I was more pleased with the resultant substitution.
