The food was amazing and the service was friendly and very attentive

Our particular waitress was obviously under stress, yet still performed her required duties respectfully and quickly. I am very pleased. Her name is Robin Purviance and she works at the Shari's in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. I am amazed at her hard work and ability to handle unreasonable customers the likes that happened to be present this night. It is my belief that people like her deserve recognition for her hard work and effort to please the customer under unfair circumstances. The food was also perfectly done, and though I am unaware of the name of the cook that was present at the time, I believe that they also deserve some form of recognition. The store was also clean, contrary to what would seem possible under the rush at the time. Our food was brought out quickly and we didn't have to wait almost at all to be helped. I am pleased to be a customer of this Shari's due to the attentiveness, caring, and work ethic of the staff on duty tonight.

Upon arriving we was greeted at the door with a friendly smile and a polite server we sat down and she got our drink order, she returned with our drinks right away she introduced herself as Robin our server and let us know she let would be back in a couple minutes to take our order! She was very helpful with her knowledge of the menu items I ordered the Summer berry salad but I was a little picky about the blueberries & blue cheese but she got my order exactly the way I asked my daughter ordered dessert it was very delightful very friendly relaxing atmaeph

My server Kenna was so sweet and polite and made sure I got everything I needed for my meal.

Great atmosphere and the server was very attentive.

Robin provided excellent customer service and listened patiently during my "special" order.
