Ordered fried chicken. Crust was so crisp I even had trouble getting it off the meat. Meat was a little dry

They don't have a senior discount for coffee. Also in this survey when I selected not satisfied with price the next box came "why you weren't satisfied with speed" The speed was not the issue, the senior discount was.

The manager was terrific. It was obvious that the staff were overwhelmed with how busy it was. However, i stood waiting to be seated for quite awhile. Two wait staff, one buser and one cook walked by me at least once and the wait staff and buser two or more times and did not smile, acknowledge or make any comment as to when they might be back to seat me. Finally, when four more people showed up a wait staff got away and came to seat me. I was pretty concerned at this point about my choice of restaurants. However, i was pleasantly surprised with the rest of my visit. The food was amazing, could have been warmer. The service was very good and the staff even under so much stress were, pleasant and very nice. The manager was terrific with her staff and handled all issues with a lowered voice and no sign of frustration. I have managed restaurants and am more critical than most. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Excellent!

I am always satisfied when I stop in at Shari's. I do not think that I've had a bad experience at any time.

We had a change of server during our visit which meant we had to ask for "extras" when someone "happened by".

We had to ask for milk a second time. The hash browns could have been cooked a little longer. We waited quite a while for our ticket. Overall it was not a bad dining experience, they were busy. We will probably go back.

A couple behind my daughter and I were asked to be seated before us. Our pancakes were slightly over cooked. Overall, I enjoyed our experience. The food was good and the staff was pleasant.

The manager made us uncomfortable, when an employee asked to leave at the end of his shift and his answer was " I don't know look around , can't you stay longer?" The guy had no choice but to say yes. It was very busy for midnight.

I was sitting there enjoying my food when the manager Jeriah walked to the coffee station by my table and snapped his fingers at the dishwasher which I perceived as very disrespectful like he is higher than him. Then as I was walking out he was cussing by the register. I don't think that a manager should treat the employees the way he does. Other than that the food was great and the server Bri was excellent.

I sat down, got a drink, and then got asked to do a survey instead of enjoy my food.
