We felt the waitress didn't work with us on a child's order. Very slow service, no refills on coffee or other beverages. Waitress's name was Pam and it was for supper. She gave very poor service.

Sharis is the only one restaurant opens 24 hr in this town, and has excellent location. I am a night owl and like to sit there by the window watching the night scene after finishing my job. That is a enjoyable thing.

I've never had any problems. I'm just not that analytical. The food's kickass however.

We stood at the cash register and were ignored by employees while we tried to pay for our meal.

Not good service from waitress

We were HIGHLY Satisfied with our Waitress, she was exceptional #353387 Daniella. But everything else was not any different than any other establishment in the area. Your coffee prices are a little high, but everything else average. Besides if I rated you Highly Satisfied there is nothing to improve on, is there?

We visited the restaurant on free pie night and they did not have enough banana cream pie to give us. Also my daughters food arrived after our food did. Would have preferred it to arrive at the same time.

The soup was cold, by the time the waitress came back, I was eating it anyway. She did offer to replace it, but no time left

Salad was brought out at same time as entree. Prefer not to be rushed to eat salad before meal is cold.

our waitress was very slow and the food took a LONG time to be served. Maybe it was a new waitress... We love going to Sharis... and will return.
