Everyone was very friendly when we came in and were seated, however, each person that spoke to us, including the manager, refered to us as "guys". In most situations, it is not necessary to use a gender. Such as "have a nice evening" not "have a nice evening, guys." This happens at many places, not just this resturant. It just doesn't feel very respectful. We appreciate the senior discount. The coffee could have been hotter.

Good visit

The manager was very rude and very unprofessional the server was excellent but the manager definitely eats something done with.

I was very satisfied with the service

I treated myself to NY BRN PLATE. The steak had great flavor, but it was so gristly. I cut out what I could, chewed and chewed - enjoyed the flavor, but spit out what wouldn't separate.

Waitress, Pam, was very rude. She acted like I should know everything about your restaurant but it was my first time there. The whole interaction with Pam seemed like I was a bother to her. I was pleased to hear there was free pie that night, but after looking at the receipt I was charged for it. The receipt shows I paid $10.87 for 3 slices, I told the cashier and she said, "You see the -$8.87 there? That's your free pie". So still ended up paying for my "free" pie. Overall just a very displeasing and rude experience, I doubt I'll return.

was seated right away, place not busy, got drinks quickly and order placed. took awhile for order to come different waitress brought it, food so-so for not bring busy seemed on cold side. then took awhile to get check and longer to check out waited at least 10 minutes by the cash register. and the place was just not that busy was in between breakfast and lunch.

I sat at the counter and it took forever to get a menu, take my order, and be served. Service was poor.

Slow service. Tasteless link breakfast sausage. Highly overpriced for breakfast. Had to wait at register to get check, then waitress did not want to show me a printed bill. Can't believe $29.46 for one pancake, two eggs, four sausage links & coffee (meal one) and two eggs, two English muffins & hot tea (meal two). We've been eating here for years - doubt if we're ever going back.
