No water was offered. Had to find server to get condiments. Ordered toast which came at the end of our meal just before the check. Asked for extra napkin which never came. We go to this restaurant at least 6 times a month and when the manager is not there the service has fallen down considerably. We usually go at of time for dinner (between 3 pm and 5 pm) when it is not busy and the staff seems untrained of uninvolved. But the Sunday morning staff is excellent.

The plates looked like they were thrown together. The food was not separated as requested. That was remedied with new bacon and discounted drinks. Also, the French toast was burnt on the bottom. Also, the other plate the cheese was cold and did not melt on the eggs and the eggs did not taste fully cooked.

I ordered breakfast with eggs medium and sourdough toast. The egg was well done and the toast was white, burnt, and cold.

Our soup was cold and when it was brought back reheated, she brought our quiche which was then cold by the time we finished our soup if it was hot to begin with. The waitress suggested blueberry cobbler which we said we would like. She served us pie instead.

I ordered double baccon on my blt and only received 3 pieces that didn't fit my bread 😭

Our server was flat and not engaged with her job at all. She brought us our food and we had to request our beverages to be refilled, and she seemed annoyed every time we did so. We asked politely and patiently, and each time we interacted with her she seemed more annoyed with us. I love Shari's. I've been a customer for years and this woman has been the first bad experience with a server I've had. My biscuits were rock hard, so I didn't eat them. She didn't ask us how our food was. I'm not sure who was more unimpressed with Shari's today, me or Pam.

We bought a banana cream pie and when we took it home to share with our family and cut into it we realized the pie was rotten!! We couldn't eat it and had to through it away.

We go to Shari's at least 6 times a month and are usually very satisfied. However. my husband sometimes orders the Northwest Steak Salad. The last few times the steak was mostly gristle. Even our poodle wouldn't eat it. He will not be ordering it again. Also, some of the newer team members seem unprepared. We ordered barbequed chicken wings. They came with no sauce for dipping and no ranch dressing for the celery. We were there at 4 PM and it wasn't busy. None of the booths had been wiped although there were hardly any customers and the serving staff and hostess were just standing around talking. A server said they had been busy but hadn't had time to wipe the tables. Also, there is one particular waitress who always throws the dirty dishes with a loud clatter. She does it every time. We always choose Shari's for the food, location and atmosphere but lately it has been noisy.

Do not like the senior menu being cut so much. Also lost the cuban sandwich. Just thought that most of our favorites were no longer available

Took awhile to be asked about order. Condiments were requested. Took over 30 min, then when reminded, took another 30 min to get. Avocado was requested and that was comped. Hamburger was dry. It really wasn't worth this just to get free pie. This was first time going to Shari's even with a town that is limited in restaurant choices, I would be hesitant in returning.
