Waitress asked for and received permission to eat my toast. I ordered stuffed hashbrowns, but received regular hashbowns. I ordered pie alamode and received the pie cold. My dirty dishes were not bussed. I waited at least 15 minutes for my customer check. Waitress inked out her name on my copy of the check.

Well Because we didn't get our water till later, and that because she the waitress finally remember. Then I guess she forgot about my family and i. We didn't have no cream, my son run out of juice and we did try to get waitress attention and she would just ignore us I was expect a great day with my family but that just brought my hope really down that i didn't eat my food comfortable anymore.

We ordered soup and pot roast with a salad. The tomato soup was not hot enough. The pot roast was sort of warm. We ordered extra gravy. She brought out two servings without asking. The gravy was COLD. Then we found out when we got the bill, that there was a $1.58 charge for the extra gravy. If I had known there was a cost, I would have complained about the coldness of the gravy. The matree'd asked us how our meal was. My husband said, "Just waiting for the extra gravy." The matree'd had a snotty remark, "Well, we have to wait for the kitchen to send it." It took longer than I thought necessary and then it was COLD! Need to work on that temperature of the food!!!!!

Our Server Daniella was horrible. She was yelling at a server that she Daniella hadn't had a table after coming back from break). Daniella was so rude to us I wish the other server would have taken us. Every time we would ask our server Daniella for something she would roll her eyes or slam it down on our table. This has been the worst service we have ever gotten at Shari's. The other servers were so nice and helpful. We suggest our server reconsider her profession because customer service is not her strong suit. I can not believe she would behave like that in public.

The waitress went on break while we were still eating and no one else came to help us. Then we paid for our meal and requested boxes and a drink to go and we never received either even though I did pay for it. Everytime we come here we get the same service. The store was unclean and spider webs were hanging over the table above the lights. We will not be coming back and we have a family of 5 people. That is a pretty significant bill!

server was not attentative to my table AT ALL!! she was too busy entertaining a group of her friends who were obnoxiously loud and drunk, and took forever to get our refils

Rhonda, our server is the worst server we've had here. She left all of our party's for sitting in the window for several minutes, neglected refills, forgot several items and overall was more focused on the loud, obnoxious friends she had at the table next to us. Constantly bad experience so we'll be going somewhere else for a while.

Ordered nachos and mozz sticks to go. We're given bottom of the bag chips, cheese on the nachos was burnt, there were green onions on them when normally there never are, so inconsistent in preparation. Also had no sour cream. Very poor appearance. Mozz sticks felt soft like they weren't fried all the way. We usually have similar problems when we online order but never to this extent.

When we first arrived it took a while to be seated, no big deal. Once seated, we didn't get our water for nearly 15 minutes. Our waitress finally took our order and that took another 20 minutes to get. At that point we barely had any of our water left, and she never came back to check on us, meanwhile she checked every table around us and chatted with a table of her friends. She never came back to ask if the food was okay, or to give us refills. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes for the check we decided to go to the front counter and wait for someone to notice us. The lady asked us if we would like a booth or table! She didn't even realize she had already helped us! I told her no, we have been waiting for our check for 30 minutes and we would like to check out. I was assuming she would be apologetic, and tell us that it was on the house because of all the trouble. I told her that I didn't even get the pie that my order came with, and she said she would give us a discount. She the big discount was her taking off the pie I never got? I was appalled. I would like to be refunded the $17.53 that I paid for such horrible service!

I sat and watch the cook take things out of a microwave and put them on a plate. I can do that at home alot more cheaper. Plus the plate look like a kids had made the plate .
