I found a fly in my food. The waitress was sufficientlying discussed. But the manager acted like it was no big deal. She said the Flys are out and get into things. It is January in Scottsbluff NE. Temperature are 30 degrees this time of year. She acted like my business does not matter. Very disappointing.

While I realize that our visit was on Christmas Day, and the restaurant was quite busy, I feel that there is still no excuse for our food to be cold and some of the portions to be smaller than usual. With eggs and pancakes being cold (the butter would not even melt on them) along with the corn beef hash tasting like tuna, we are seriously considering not returning for another visit.
