Service was wonderful along with the size and flavor of my meal

The waitress was very nice. The tomato soup was not hot. The onion rings were very good; Not overcooked.

This Sharis on Lancaster in Salem is the BEST Sharis I have ever been too. They outshine the other two in Salem who have been rude to not only myself but their staff and have messed our orders up. I love how friendly and sweet and caring the servers are, they have by far been amazing. They deserve to be recognized as such. I will always recommend this location over any other.

Emily, our server, was EXCELLENT! She was very pleasant, knew her business and helpful. This was the best and friendliest server we have had in a long time and in many locations. She is a credit to your restaurant. Wish we could say the same about other servers in other locations.

I had amazing service from Starla I did not have to ask for a refill she made sure to check on me and asked if I needed any thing that is amazing service to me
