I checked in very late and found after I got settled the tv remote did not work. It was late so I figured I would deal with it the next day. In the morning I found while taking my shower there was an issue with the shower head. I had to get to work so I left a little note on the table for housekeeping not really expecting anything would come of it. When I got back there that evening again quite late I found the remote working and a brand new shower head installed. Very impressed they took care of my needs. Thank you.
