Michelle was amazing. She knew exactly where my muscles were tight and she used the right amount of pressure to relieve my aches and pains. She is a very skilled massage therapist!

I was highly tense and had pain in my lower back but thanks to the RMT I came out the appointment relaxed and stress free.

The massage therapist took time to listen to my needs. She asked what type of pressure that I liked. She was extremely thorough .

Rochelle is one of the best massage therapists I have ever found at H & S. Regrettably, the others have left (some to other employment, and the most recent one, on maternity leave), and the last few times I was not as happy with the people taking care of me. I hope you manage to have Rochelle stay because she's amazing. I don't want anyone else from now on.

Overall, the facility is great for what it is. It offers quality massages and facial treatments within a nice facility but without all the bells and whistles that drive up prices at other spas. The therapists and aestheticians are all well skilled in their ability as well.
