The new booking system was confusing to navigate online, and I wasn't sure what location I just booked. Reception was great, merged my 2 accounts. Ebony was fantastic. The prices are extreme and I hear going up next week. I rebooked for Ebony in two days.

My RMT Jeff is always conscious of my treatment needs and very personable. I always leave in less pain. I've had two facials recently with Elizabeth and Laura. Both were lovely aestheticians and I'd gladly book with them again. The facials are great!!

Therapist ask all the right questions noting my activity level. Used the exact pressures pertaining to my needs and the frequency of my attendance. Suggestions for at home stretches was right on.

Staff were very friendly, accommodating to any requests and knowledgeable of the services. Also felt very welcomed and comfortable at reception. Although it wasn’t a big issue appointment did start a few minutes after time.

I felt really relaxed after the massage

Massage was good and therapist was pleasant and focused on areas needed.

I enjoyed the facial and was given the option for a massage within the month at the discounted price. I will use my gift certificate for another treatment in a few months and will request Laura again. I appreciate the lady at reception to honour the monthly discount.

Hamid was absolutely wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and gave the best back massage I’ve received. The receptionist was also very helpful and answered all my questions and help me book again.
