Was Everything I expected.

Natasha was the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I knew within a minute or two that it was going to be an amazing massage. She knew exactly where my aches and pains were and used the perfect amount of pressure on the area. Because I had such a great experience I decided to become a member!

The therapist was knowledgeable and listened to my needs. She was friendly and very accommodating. The bathroom is always clean and smells amazing. I’d like to know what you do to enhance the bathroom experience.

I’ve been a member since the very beginning and have always appreciated the way H&S is run, plus the amazing therapists like Gail and Marilyn!

Laura is very attentive and skilled with facials. She has a great attitude and remembers so many stories that I tell her, which makes me feel very welcome.

Jaida is the best. Wish u had more like her. Wish she worked more.

I always feel welcome and well taken care of. Laura is an excellent esthetician. I love the last minute appointments notification. It allows me to easily fit in an appointment during busy times.

Massage and staff are great. The room I was in seemed to be close to a break room. Staff conversation and laughing sometimes took me out of my "massage zen" feeling a few times. Maybe the walls are too thin to have a break room near a treatment room. I mentioned this at checkout and was assured they would address the issue.

I was able to come in last minute and have a very lovely and relaxing facial. The staff was attentive and welcomed me upon entrance. She was ready for me and it was a nice experience.
