Great customer service, attentive & friendly staff.

Laura did an amazing job. My skin looked gorgeous. The only problem is my therapist talked through the whole facial. It wasn’t relaxing. Also, she used profanity. I’m not a prude but it wasn’t professional. It was my first time going to her.

I WISH SOMEONE WOULD SEND ME AN EXPLANATION OF HOW THE POINT SYSTEM WORKS. MY AESTHETICIAN TRIED TO EXPLAIN IT TO ME, BUT CAN I HAVE SOMETHING IN WRITING?

Just walking through the door, Kayla smiled, immediately acknowledged me by name and confirmed she already checked me in. Jaida is an amazing masseuse. She listened to my needs and did a general assessment before starting my massage. Her pressure was on point and I left feeling super relaxed with a lot less tension in my body. Upon leaving, I told Kayla how much I wanted to tip as I was leaving and without having to wait, she promptly processed my request, and by the time I jumped in my car, I received confirmation that my tip had been processed. I love this Hand & Stone location.

The receptionist is very pleasant, relaxing atmosphere in the waiting area calm and wonderful well qualified, massage therapists and I leave feeling as though not only did I get my moneys worth but I have a calm perspective for the rest of my week/ day/ month!
